Doggy Daycare FAQ's
Yes, spots for daycare fill quickly. Please book ahead to secure your dog’s place.
Dogs enjoy supervised group play sessions, exercise time in our yards, enrichment activities, and rest breaks throughout the day.
Dogs must be fully vaccinated, desexed (if over 6 months), and in good health. A temperament assessment may be required to ensure safe group play.
That’s fine. We tailor activities to each dog’s needs. Non-social dogs receive one-on-one playtime, cuddles, and staff interaction instead of group play.
Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a credit for future use. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Dog Boarding FAQ's
All dogs must have a current C5 vaccination (administered at least 14 days prior to boarding). Puppies must be at least 18 weeks old and fully vaccinated before they can stay.
Yes. Please provide food in daily serving-sized portions (e.g., zip lock bags) clearly labelled with your dog’s name. You’re also welcome to bring a blanket or toy from home for comfort, but please keep items to one shopping bag.
Yes. We are in a high tick area and require that all dogs are up to date with flea, tick, and worming treatments. If treatment lapses during their stay, we can reapply it for a small fee.
Dogs are matched with companions of similar size and temperament for social play. Non-social dogs receive individual yard time, cuddles, and staff attention to ensure they enjoy their stay just as much. You can book additional time for play and specialised enrichment in our guest services at booking.
Cattery FAQ's
All cats must have a current F3 vaccination administered at least 14 days before boarding. Kittens must be fully vaccinated and at least 18 weeks old before their stay.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring familiar items to help your cat feel comfortable. Please limit belongings to a small bag and label all items clearly.
Cats enjoy time in our spacious play area, where they can roam, climb, and scratch. Each guest is given individual playtime daily, with plenty of enrichment and attention.
Cats from the same family are welcome to board together if suitable. However, for safety, each cat must arrive in its own individual carrier.
Yes. All cats must be up to date with flea and worming treatments before boarding. If parasites are detected, treatment will be provided, and costs will be added to your account.
Guest Services FAQ's
All medications must be labelled and in original packaging. We administer them carefully as per instructions. Please note: we do not accept diabetic pets.
We offer a range of add-ons, including nature walks, cuddle time, treats, and enrichment toys. These can be added when you check in or booked in advance.
All guests receive a complimentary departure hydrobath. We do not currently offer additional grooming services.
